تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق QShelf: Question Bank («التطبيق»). باستخدامك للتطبيق أو اشتراكك فيه فإنك توافق عليها، فإن لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

1. التطبيق

التطبيق لمذاكرة كتب الأسئلة الطبية، وهو موجّه لطلاب الطب والممارسين الصحيين. محتواه تعليمي فقط، ولا يُعد استشارة طبية ولا بديلاً عن الرأي الطبي المختص، ولا نضمن به نتيجة أي اختبار.

2. الحساب

• تُنشئ حساباً واحداً لنفسك ببيانات صحيحة، وأنت مسؤول عن حماية بيانات دخولك وعن كل ما يتم من حسابك.
• الحساب شخصي: لا تشاركه مع غيرك ولا تبعه ولا تنقله.
• يعمل الحساب على جوال واحد. إن غيّرت جوالك راسلنا لننقل حسابك إلى الجوال الجديد.
• التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عاماً، ومن كان دون 18 عاماً يستخدمه بموافقة وليّ أمره.

3. الاشتراك

• بعض الكتب تحتاج اشتراكاً. يعرض التطبيق اسم الاشتراك ومدته وسعره قبل الشراء.
• يتم الشراء عبر App Store أو Google Play، ويُخصم المبلغ من حسابك في المتجر عند تأكيد الشراء.
• يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً بالمدة نفسها ما لم تُلغِه قبل نهاية المدة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل، ويُخصم مبلغ التجديد خلال الـ 24 ساعة التي تسبق نهايتها.
• تدير اشتراكك وتلغيه من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر (طريقة إلغاء الاشتراك). ويبقى فعّالاً حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة، ولا يُلغى بحذف التطبيق أو الحساب.
• إن عُرضت فترة تجريبية مجانية، يبدأ الاشتراك المدفوع تلقائياً في نهايتها ما لم تُلغِه قبل نهايتها بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل. وإن اشتريت اشتراكاً قبل نهايتها سقط ما بقي منها.
• إن تغيّر سعر الاشتراك أبلغك المتجر وفق سياسته قبل أن يسري السعر الجديد على التجديد.
• عند انتهاء الاشتراك يُقفل الكتاب، ويبقى تقدّمك محفوظاً على جهازك، ويعود كما كان إن جدّدت.

4. استرجاع المبالغ

طلبات الاسترجاع تتم عبر المتجر الذي اشتريت منه وفق سياسته (طريقة الاسترجاع). نحن لا نعالج المدفوعات ولا تصلنا بيانات الدفع.

5. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية

التطبيق ومحتواه، من أسئلة وشروح وصور، محميان بحقوق الملكية الفكرية لنا أو لأصحابها. ونمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً محدوداً غير قابل للنقل لاستخدامهما داخل التطبيق لمذاكرتك أنت فقط. ولا يجوز لك نسخ المحتوى أو تصويره أو نشره أو بيعه أو مشاركته، ولا استخراجه بأي أداة.

6. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز لك:

• التحايل على قصر الحساب على جوال واحد، أو على الاشتراك.
• فك التطبيق أو تعديله، أو الوصول إلى خوادمنا بغير التطبيق.
• استخدام التطبيق في أي غرض يخالف الأنظمة.

7. الأخطاء في المحتوى

نجتهد في دقة المحتوى، ومع ذلك قد يقع فيه خطأ. إن وجدت خطأً في سؤال أو إجابة راسلنا، ونراجعه ونصحّحه.

8. إيقاف الحساب وحذفه

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت (طريقة حذف الحساب). ويحق لنا إيقاف الحساب الذي يخالف هذه الشروط أو حذفه.

9. حدود المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق كما هو، ولا نضمن أن يعمل دون انقطاع أو خطأ. وفي حدود ما تسمح به الأنظمة، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي ضرر غير مباشر ينتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على محتواه، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا ما دفعته للاشتراك خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة للمطالبة.

10. شروط المتجرين

إن نزّلت التطبيق من App Store فتسري عليك أيضاً اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple. وتسري على مشترياتك من Google Play بنود خدمة Google Play.

11. الخصوصية

البيانات التي نجمعها وطريقة استخدامها في سياسة الخصوصية.

12. النظام الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

13. التعديلات على هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ونعلن عن أي تغيير جوهري داخل التطبيق أو في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ السريان. واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد ذلك موافقة على الشروط المحدّثة.

These terms govern your use of QShelf: Question Bank (the "App"). By using the App or subscribing to it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

The App is for studying medical question books and is intended for medical students and healthcare practitioners. Its content is for educational purposes only, is not medical advice or a substitute for professional medical judgment, and does not guarantee the result of any exam.

2. Your account

• You create one account for yourself with accurate information, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done through your account.
• Your account is personal: do not share, sell, or transfer it.
• Your account works on one phone. If you change phones, email us and we will move your account to the new phone.
• The App is not directed at anyone under 13, and anyone under 18 may use it only with a parent's or guardian's consent.

3. Subscriptions

• Some books require a subscription. The App shows the subscription's name, length, and price before you buy.
• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same length unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings (how to cancel). It stays active until the end of the paid period, and deleting the App or your account does not cancel it.
• If a free trial is offered, the paid subscription starts automatically when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you buy a subscription during the trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
• If the subscription price changes, the store notifies you under its own policy before the new price applies to a renewal.
• When your subscription ends, the book is locked; your progress stays saved on your device and comes back as it was if you renew.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy (how to request a refund). We do not process payments and never receive your payment details.

5. Content and intellectual property

The App and its content, including questions, explanations, and images, are protected by the intellectual property rights of us or their owners. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use them inside the App for your own study only. You may not copy, photograph, publish, sell, or share the content, or extract it with any tool.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Get around the one-phone limit on your account, or around the subscription.
• Decompile or modify the App, or access our servers other than through the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Errors in the content

We work to keep the content accurate, but errors may still occur. If you find an error in a question or answer, email us and we will review and correct it.

8. Suspending and deleting accounts

You can delete your account at any time (how to delete your account). We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damage arising from using the App or relying on its content, and our liability will not exceed what you paid for your subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Store terms

If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to you. Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

11. Privacy

What data we collect and how we use it is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page, with the effective date updated. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the updated terms.
