توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق QShelf: Question Bank («التطبيق»)، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها، والحقوق المتاحة لك. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق:

| البريد الإلكتروني | تسجيل الدخول، والتحقق من الحساب، واستعادة كلمة المرور، والرد على طلبات الدعم. |
| كلمة المرور | حماية حسابك. تُدار عبر خدمة Firebase Authentication ولا نطّلع عليها ولا نحفظها بشكل مقروء. |
| معرّف الجهاز | ربط حسابك بجوال واحد. |
| تقارير الأعطال | عبر Firebase Crashlytics: تفاصيل العطل التقنية، ونوع الجهاز ونظامه، وإصدار التطبيق، ومعرّف لتثبيت التطبيق على جهازك يُعرف به عدد الأجهزة التي أصابها العطل. نستخدمها لإصلاح الأخطاء. |
| حالة الاشتراك | تفعيل مزايا الاشتراك. نستلم من Apple أو Google ما يثبت الاشتراك وحالته فقط. |
تقدّمك وإجاباتك تُحفظ على جهازك فقط ولا تصل إلى خوادمنا، وتُمسح بحذف التطبيق.
لا نجمع: بيانات البطاقات أو الدفع، أو موقعك الدقيق، أو جهات الاتصال، أو الصور، أو أي بيانات صحية عنك.
2. المدفوعات والاشتراكات
تتم جميع عمليات الشراء والاشتراك عبر نظام الدفع في App Store أو Google Play. هذه الجهات هي التي تعالج بيانات الدفع وفق سياساتها، ولا تصلنا بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقاً.
3. مقدمو الخدمات
- Cloudflare: لحفظ الحسابات وصلاحيات الوصول إلى الكتب، ولتخزين ملفات الكتب.
- Google Firebase: لتسجيل الدخول (Firebase Authentication) وتقارير الأعطال (Firebase Crashlytics) فقط. تحتفظ Google بتقارير الأعطال لمدة محدودة ثم تحذفها تلقائياً.
قد تُعالَج بياناتك على خوادم Cloudflare و Google خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، وتخضع لضوابط الأمان والخصوصية لدى كل منهما.
كما تعالج Apple وGoogle عمليات الشراء عبر متاجرها.
4. ما لا نفعله ببياناتك
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها لأي جهة.
- لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نشارك بياناتك لأغراض إعلانية.
- لا نتتبعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى، ولا نستخدم معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك.
قد نفصح عن البيانات فقط إذا ألزمنا بذلك نظام نافذ أو جهة مختصة.
5. حماية البيانات
تُنقل البيانات بشكل مشفّر وتُحفظ مشفّرة لدى مقدمي الخدمة، ويتحقق خادمنا من صاحب كل طلب، فلا يصل أي مستخدم إلا إلى بيانات حسابه. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%.
6. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك قائماً. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف بياناتك من أنظمتنا خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى. أما سجلات الشراء فتحتفظ بها Apple أو Google وفق سياساتها.
7. حقوقك
وفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، يحق لك:
- الاطلاع على بياناتك والحصول على نسخة منها.
- تصحيح بياناتك أو تحديثها.
- طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك (طريقة حذف الحساب).
- الرجوع عن موافقتك في أي وقت، مع العلم أن ذلك قد يتطلب حذف الحساب لتعذّر تشغيل التطبيق دون هذه البيانات.

8. الفئة العمرية
التطبيق موجّه لطلاب الطب والممارسين الصحيين، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون 13 عاماً. إذا علمنا بذلك نحذف البيانات فوراً.
9. تنبيه طبي
محتوى التطبيق تعليمي فقط، ولا يُعد استشارة طبية ولا بديلاً عن الرأي الطبي المختص.
10. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ونعلن عن أي تغيير جوهري داخل التطبيق أو في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ السريان.

Privacy Policy
QShelf: Question Bank · Effective date: October 30, 2026
This policy explains what data QShelf: Question Bank (the "App") collects, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to run the App:

| Medical specialty | To show questions relevant to your specialty. |
| Email address | Sign-in, account verification, password recovery, and replying to support requests. |
| Password | To secure your account. Handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see or store it in readable form. |
| Device identifier | To link your account to one phone. |
| Crash reports | Via Firebase Crashlytics: technical crash details, device model and OS, app version, and an identifier for this installation of the App, used to count how many devices a crash affects. Used to fix bugs. |
| Subscription status | To unlock subscription features. We only receive proof and status of the subscription from Apple or Google. |
Your progress and answers are stored on your device only, never reach our servers, and are erased when you delete the App.
We do not collect: card or payment details, your precise location, contacts, photos, or any health data about you.
2. Payments and subscriptions
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the App Store or Google Play. They handle payment data under their own policies; your card details never reach us.
3. Service providers
- Cloudflare: to store accounts and access to books, and to store the book files.
- Google Firebase: for sign-in (Firebase Authentication) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) only. Google keeps crash reports for a limited period and then deletes them automatically.
Your data may be processed on Cloudflare and Google servers outside Saudi Arabia, and is subject to the security and privacy controls of each.
Apple and Google also process purchases made through their stores.
4. What we don't do with your data
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We do not show ads or share your data for advertising.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use your device's advertising identifier.
We may disclose data only when required by applicable law or a competent authority.
5. Data security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our service providers, and our server checks who sends every request, so each user can reach only their own account's data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days at most. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their policies.
7. Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Access your data and receive a copy of it.
- Correct or update your data.
- Request deletion of your account and data (how to delete your account).
- Withdraw your consent at any time; this may require deleting your account, as the App cannot run without this data.

8. Age
The App is intended for medical students and healthcare practitioners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it promptly.
9. Medical disclaimer
The App's content is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice or a substitute for professional medical judgment.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page, with the effective date updated.
